Theodore X. O’Connell, M.D., is the Program Director of the Kaiser Permanente Napa-Solano Family Medicine Residency Program and Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. He is the recipient of numerous clinical, teaching, and research awards. Dr. O’Connell has been published widely as the author of textbooks, journal articles, textbook chapters, and editorials. He received his medical degree from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Medicine and completed his residency at Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center, where he served as chief resident.
